Looking at:

I see some hinter suggestions.
There are issues with the multiarch metadata for this package.

    rsplib-doc could be marked Multi-Arch: foreign
    rsplib-fgp-cfgfiles could be marked Multi-Arch: foreign
    librsplib3t64 could be marked Multi-Arch: same
