   * New release numbering after 4.22 is Year.Month.Sub
   * d/changelog, d/watch: switch to +dfsg repack style as ~dfsg will
     break coreboot's build when adding images (future change, but
     best done with new release numbering)
   * Add missing man pages as auto generated ones are broken or missing
   * Add cbmem to install file
   * d/control: update Standards-Version from 4.5.0 to 4.6.2
   * d/control: update Maintainer from QA
   * d/control: switch docs package to Suggests
   * d/control: add docs build dependency myst-parser
   * d/control: remove help2man dependency after drafting manpages
   * d/copyright: redo all entries after major changes to source tree
   * d/copyright: exclude python windows binaries with no source
   * d/rules: add CFLAG to produce more debug symbols (still not all tools)
   * d/rules: remove man page generation
   * d/rules: override clean target to avoid tracked file (src/sbom/TAGS)
     being removed by builtin dh_clean
   * d/clean: remove nonexistent files in new release
   * Add patch to remove version hack into documentation conf to allow
     clean source and multiple builds
   * util/intelmetool: Add patch to append include path to CFLAGS to
     allow it to build after upstream change
   * Remove vboot-Werror patch as there is no blocking warning/error
